After having founded Peabody School and served as its Head of School for the first ten years of the school's existence, I have now moved into the position of Chair of the Peabody
Board of Trustees and Chief Financial Officer. In that capacity, I will be focusing my efforts on strategic planning and development. My main foci over the next year will be the following:

Annual Appeal -- As in years past, money raised during the Annual Appeal goes to fund the school's aggressive financial aid program. Currently over 20% of Peabody families receive some sort of tuition reduction.

Fall Fund Raiser and Spring Fund Raiser -- These annual events provide the funds to make up the difference between the tuition charged and the actual cost of a Peabody education.

Capital Campaign -- As the school has grown in numbers of students and faculty and has expanded its academic, athletic, and extracurricular programs, its physical plant needs have also changed.  This year, I will be identifying and prioritizing the various physical plant needs of the school and will then begin the Capital Campaign in ernest.

Alumni Relations -- As our list of alumni grows, I will be tracking their progress as they move through high school, into college, and beyond. I will be sharing information about our graduates with the Peabody School community and keeping our alumni up to date on happenings at their alma mater.
